Shipping Order Handling Time
We have a 3-5 Days (Mon-Fri) Order handling Time Period.
Currently we are offering 2 shipping services:
- Standard Shipping including order handling (12-25 working days) - $19.95
- Expedited Shipping including order handling (7-14 working days) - 39.95
Cut off time
Our cutoff time is 7pm (GMT -8).
Damaged Items
For issues with damaged packaging or incidents during shipping and transit, please refuse the package from the carrier if possible. Otherwise, accept the package and contact us right away so we can file a claim with the shipping provider and send a replacement. We will work directly with the carrier to document and process damage claims.
Filing Claims
Although we take care in packaging items to prevent damage in transit, occasionally accidents can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged so we can open a claim and make it right. We gladly provide guidance to support customers through the claims procedures.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@novosabe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return approval and instructions.
Return Approval
While we do accept returns within 7 days for store credit, we kindly ask that you obtain return approval before sending items back to us. This helps us ensure you receive the proper refund once items are received. Returns sent to us without return approval may be rejected.
